WP3 Development of Quality Assurance Management System in Higher Education

This work package aims to collect different perspectives of actors involved in Quality Assurance systems in Higher Education and define quality standards applicable to the process. The methodology combines desk and field research including literature reviews, best practices collection, interviews with key informants, and surveys addressed to students, QA coordinators, and administrative employees. The work focuses on identifying national QA situations, good examples of standards, common understanding among stakeholders, and technical aspects for platform development.
