WP1 Project Management

The objective of this work package is to ensure that the project meets its objectives within budget and scheduled timescales. Tasks include monitoring project progress, tracking deliverables, establishing quality assurance procedures, conducting impact assessments, and maintaining effective communication among all partners. The project coordinator is responsible for management and progress reports, cost statements, budget control, risk management, and the final project report.
